Well, once again, the minority has somehow wrested control away from the majority. I do not see how anyone can see this happening and consider it a good thing.
And, it does not matter how anyone, anywhere, at any time tries to explain it away as anything else, it is all about money. There is no other reason for it. For purely monetary reasons, powerful corporate entities have decided what products I should purchase, and my freedom of choice to choose has been taken away from me, and it is all about money.
Somebody else has decided that they know what products I should purchase. They know what products should be available to me, and they want to substitute their decisions for my own.
It is Un-American. You can describe it as anything you want to, but that is the bottom line. That is what it is.
This country was built on freedom. I should be free to choose what I want. I should be free to spend my money on what I want to spend my money on. I should not have someone else dictate to me what my money should be spent on.
I know, I know, many people will read this and say that I am just some stodgy old person who is not willing to change. They will say that I am too conservative in my choices. They will say that I am not progressive, and modern, and do not want to get on board with change.
Well, I guess they are right. I do not want to get on board with change. I like things the way they used to be.
I like having a choice.
I like being able to decide what I want.
I work hard, and earn my money.
I like being able to decide what my money is spent on.
It should be my decision. Not some corporation's, company's, or collective's.
I like being able to select the products that I want to purchase, and not purchase the ones that I don't want to purchase.
I believe that this is a fundamental freedom.
It is a fundamental right.
I do not believe that anyone has the right to take it away from me.
It's my money, and I should be the only person who gets to decide what I spend it on.
If you feel the same way that I do, know that you are not alone.
Know that there are others out here who feel the same way.
Know that our voices might not be heard independently, but as a chorus we cannot be ignored.
If you feel the same way that I feel, then we must unite.
We must take back our rights. We must regain control.
It is our money. We should be able to decide what products we buy.
So, the next time you go through the drive through window at Arby's, or Taco Bell, join me and tell them.
NO!!!! As a matter of fact, Pepsi is not allright. I asked for a COKE!!!!
